The Academy Awards fallout has just taken another turn. Infamously, King Richard star Will Smith smacked comedian Chris Rock over a joke made about Jada Pinkett Smith at the Oscars on Sunday night. The situation has generated backlash with many calling for Smith to face consequences for getting violent with Rock, regardless of what the stand-up comic might have said. The Academy had noted in statements that they condemned Smith’s actions and had launched a formal investigation into the incident....

German film site, MovieInfos.de, have scored your first look at Milla Jovovich in the upcoming sci-fi thriller, Ultraviolet. The film, hitting theaters in 2006 also stars Cameron Bright, Nick Chinlund, William Fichtner, Sebastien Andrieu, Ida Martin and Ricardo Mamood. Set in the late 21st century, a subculture of humans have emerged who have been modified genetically by a vampire-like disease (Hemophagia), giving them enhanced speed, incredible stamina and acute intelligence, and as they are set apart from “normal” and “healthy” humans, the world is pushed to the brink of worldwide civil war (a war between humans and hemophages) aimed at the destruction of the “diseased” population....

Wrestling legend Bret “The Hitman” Hart was assaulted by a fan Saturday night during his Hall of Fame induction speech. During the live broadcast of the ceremony on the WWE Network, a man can be seen rushing the ring to attack Bret, but the television cameras cut away from the attack.
