Paramount Pictures have released the first image from Marvel’s Iron Man movie, directed by Jon Favreau. The film is a big screen adaptaption of the comic book series and stars Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeff Bridges, Shaun Toub and Leslie Bibb. Based on the long-running Marvel comic book series, Iron Man tells the story of Tony Stark, the enigmatic heir to the Stark Enterprises fortune. The DCU has already marked major changes for what’s to come in the future of the DCEU’s superheroes. Henry Cavill is out as Superman, and Dwayne Johnson has also since confirmed that his Black Adam won’t be a part of the DCU’s plans at this time. Wonder Woman 3 has also been canceled amid rumors that Gal Gadot could be finished with that character as well. Other rumors suggest a Batman Beyond movie with Michael Keaton was also squashed....
Avatar star Zoe Saldaña says that the audition process for the 2009 blockbuster was a surreal one. Saldaña, who is reprising her role as Na’vi heroine Neytiri in the upcoming sequel Avatar: The Way of Water, recounted her strange experience of auditioning for the first film while appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The actress, 44, shared that the Alita: Battle Angel-esque character descriptions she had received made her uncertain about the role, but she decided to continue with the audition process anyway....

Willard Scott, one of the most memorable television weathermen in history, has sadly passed away. The Today show personality, who is also the creator and original actor to first portray Ronald McDonald on television, reportedly died on Saturday morning while surrounded by his family. He was 87 years old. “We lost a beloved member of our @todayshow family this morning,” Al Roker wrote on Instagram. “Willard Scott passed peacefully at the age of 87 surrounded by family, including his daughters Sally and Mary and his lovely wife, Paris....
The reaction to the first season of Willow has not been quite as enthusiastic as Disney probably hoped, with the show being hit by low ratings from audiences despite its critical praise. For showrunner Jonathan Kasdan though, there is a good feeling about a possible second season of the show. While he was quick to point out that nothing has been officially confirmed yet by Disney, he is “eager” to continue the story of Willow into the second of the three planned seasons of the show....
